How to Register

  1. Make sure you are good to go.
  2. Check registration dates & times.
  3. To register online, log on to my.nmsu.edu, and then:
    • Click on the "Student and Financial Aid" tab.
    • Click on the "Registration" tab and select a semester.
    • Enter the 5-digit CRN's (course reference numbers) for the classes you want to take. Make sure to click on "Submit Changes" periodically and when finished. Please Note: Disregard Health/Activity and Hospital Insurance Option. This applies to Main Campus only.
    To register in person, complete the "Course Request Card" and bring it with all other necessary documents to registration (located in the Student Services Building) at the appropriate date and time.
  4. Pay for your class(es) at the NMSU-A Business Office.
