New Froylan L. Velasco Scholarship
In honor of her late husband, Billie Velasco (center) presents Barbara McDonald (right), President of the Alamogordo Foundation, with a $6000 donation for the Froylan L. Velasco Scholarship. This annual scholarship will be awarded during the fall and spring semesters to appropriate applicants. NMSU-A President, Dr. Cheri Jimeno (left), hosted the presentation in her office April 29, 2008.
