July's Art Display

For the month of July, Townsend Library is honored to show the work of Penny Thomas Simpson. Simpson has been working in the area for nearly 30 years. She works in colored pencil, watercolors, and acrylic. Her subjects are primarily fuit and flowers but commissions of nearly every subject have always been an important part of her work.
