If you are having trouble logging on to WebCT there may be a problem with your User Name, or your Password. The links below will guide you through the process of setting up an account and logging on to WebCT. This link will take you to the WebCT Log on page: WebCT Log on page
Password: If you are a student at NMSU-A, your WebCT Password is your student ID Number for most students it is the same as your Social Security Number minus the spaces. For example 123-45-678 would be entered as 12345678. User Name: Your WebCT User Name is either the Logon ID you requested, or a Logon ID that was assigned to you. The Logon ID used for NMSU-A is not necessarily the same Logon ID used for WebCT. The Link below will take you to the WebCT troubleshooting.
In order to find your Logon ID you will have to go to the ICT Directory Service page. On this page you will enter you Social Security Number(no spaces) and your date of birth. If you have a Logon ID it will display it, if not it will allow you to either chose or create one. In either case, be sure to write down your Logon ID.
