Changing your pin number at NMSU

(once your computer account has been activated, you can reset your pin yourself)

1. In a modern web browser, go to http://accounts.nmsu.edu
2. In the menu at the left of the window, click on the "Reset your PIN" link.
3. Fill in your NMSU username and password, then click the Continue button.
4. On the next page that says: "Please click Continue to choose a new NMSU PIN."; click the Continue button.
5. Enter six digits in each of the PIN fields. Both fields must match!
6. Click on the "Continue and Change PIN" button.
7. Wait for the progress indicator to complete and you are done.
