Distribution List
- On the GroupWise menu bar, click on Address Book
- On the Address Book menu, click on New.
- In the New Entry box click on Group then click Ok.
- In the Name: filed type in what you want to call the group then click Ok.
- In your list to the right you should now see the group you created.
- Double-click on the group to open.
- Down the left-side under Members: you should see add. Click on Add.
- In the Adress List double-click or drag the address you want in your list.
- When you are done click on Ok.
NOTE: The address you want in your Distribution List have to already be in your Address Book.
