Sharing a Calendar in GroupWise
- On the GroupWise menu click on Tools --> Options.
- Double-click on Security.
- Select the Proxy Access Tab.
- Click on the small box to the right of the Name: box.
- Scroll down to find the user name and then double-click the user name. Do this for all users you want to add.
- Click Ok
- Highlight the user names in the Access list box.
- Under Access rights for "user name" there is a list of options.
- To allow a user to read your calendar put a check mark in the read box next to Appointments.
- To allow a user to write to your calendar put a check mark in the write box next to Appointments.
- Click Ok.
- On the other persons computer, click on the calendar icon located under the Sent Items folder.
- On the calendar line you will see different ways to view the calendar, 1day 7week....
- Click on the Multi-user icon. There should now be a down-arrow next to the multi-user icon. Click on the down-arrow and select Add or Remove Users.
- Click on the small box to the right of the Name: box.
- Scroll down to find the user(s) name you gave access to.
- Double-click on the user name.
- Click Ok.
- Make sure there is a checkmark in the box next to all the user names.
- Click Apply.
- Click Ok.
