Develop an Individual Workout

The following information is needed to establish a primary workout:

  1. List the goal that you are trying to accomplish.
  2. List what percentage Range to workout in.
  3. List the type of workout sytem that you will be using.
  4. List the procedure to accomplish your workout goal.
Workout Example
  1. Goal = Building strength or muscle mass.
  2. Percentage = Low - Med (83%-85%)
  3. System = Split Routine
  4. Workout Procedure: Listed below:
Upper Body Procedure: Monday (3 sets of 8 repetitions at each station) Lower Body Procedure: Wednesday (3 sets of 8 repetitions at each station)
